西方大部分国家都用turnitin进行论文检测，之前主要是对英文论文进行论文查重，当随着技术和业务的发展目前中文（简繁体）也可以进行论文抄袭检测，从理论上Turnitin能检测出中文翻译成英文的抄袭，当然也有局限性，例如你抄袭的文章没有被Turnitin中文数据库收录，或者在翻译时有做过很大的改动。

To submit a paper to an assignment on Turnitin, the user must log in and upload a file to an existing assignment.
